That model can work well, but it can also mean their recommendations are limited; especially for boutique properties, villas, or destinations that don’t offer commissions.

At Landers & Co., I work differently. My flat planning fee allows me to design your trip with complete freedom by choosing what’s right for you, not what’s commissionable. That means I can recommend anything that fits your vision and budget.

Luxury firms charge thousands for itinerary design (usually rolled into pre-packaged trip costs), but I believe you can have that same level of thoughtful, detail-rich planning without the packaged luxury markup.

In short: my fee keeps things transparent, flexible and personal. You’re not just getting a trip; you’re getting an advocate who’s designing something unique, seamless, and stress-free from start to finish.

Landers & Co. delivers your itinerary in a beautiful digital format, complete with interactive maps and click-to-book convenience. I design everything with the level of thought and care you’d expect from a boutique travel concierge.

Itineraries are priced at $250/night. These costs reflect the research and curation that go into every custom plan.

Examples:

• 4-night/5-day itinerary = $1,000 ($250/night)

• 7-night/8-day itinerary = $1,750 ($250/night)

Regardless of length, each itinerary receives the same thoughtful, detail-rich approach Landers & Co. is known for.

I typically deliver your first draft within 10 business days after the intake consultation.

If your trip is time-sensitive or includes complex logistics (multi-country travel, special events, etc.), I’ll confirm the timeline with you up front.

Need it sooner? I offer a rush order service for an additional $500, which guarantees delivery within 5 business days. Rush orders are subject to availability, so please mention your timeline when booking your intake consultation.

That’s perfectly okay! The intake consultation is designed to help clarify your goals. I’ll ask questions to uncover what kind of experience you're craving—whether it's coastal relaxation, urban discovery, cultural immersion, or a little of everything.

From there, I’ll propose a destination or a short list of options that fit your budget, style, and timeline.

Yes! Your package includes one round of revisions, which I’ll complete within 3–5 business days. Whether you want to swap a hotel, tweak a day’s pacing, or add a special request—I’ve got you.

Additional revisions are available at $150/hour, billed separately.

Nope! The standard itinerary service is priced at $250/night, with no hidden costs for the planning itself.

If your itinerary requires extra revisions or includes optional add-ons like booking support, I’ll always provide a clear quote in advance so you can decide what works best for you.
